The name Moderate Breeze is a direct translation of the Japanese word "wafu”. It simply means a touch of Japanese flavor. For us, this means simplicity, attention to hyper-details, and respect for the things around you.
Moderate Breeze Design specializes in visual communication in all mediums. We use design as a tool to connect immediately and emotionally. Visual communication is one of the quickest and simplest forms of communication. It supersedes language and cultural barriers, enabling global communication and understanding. Marin Horikawa was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan, and brings a unique and cross-cultural perspective to design. He offers expertise in emotional and global audience connection, trend forecasting, brand identity and visual communications, and product graphic design.
Marin acts as creative director for Moderate Breeze, engaging and collaborating with a group of talented, global artists on a project-to-project basis—a structure that allows for diversity and depth in look and feel between and across large scale projects and clients.
